How do I place an order?
You will start on the thumbnails page, which will show small pictures of each item, along with their name and price. If you click on one of these items, you will be taken to a product detail page, which features a larger image of the item, as well as a detailed description.


This site uses a shopping cart, which is similar to what you would see on a typical e-commerce site. You can place items in the shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart" on the product detail page. Once you have added all of the items you are interested in to your cart, you may click "Proceed to Checkout." After you confirm the items ordered are correct, click on "Checkout" to enter your user information.


You will be prompted to register if you are a first time user, otherwise you may just sign-in with your email address and password. If you are a first-time user, you will fill out some basic information about yourself and your location, then you will proceed to the "Shipping" section of the checkout process.


You may enter a shipping address at this point in the process, or select "Copy Billing Info as Shipping Info" if that statement is accurate.


You will then be required to give us your shipping preference and your credit card or other payment information. At this point, you will click on "Review Order" for a final review of your order. Once you have confirmed your order is accurate, click on "Process Order" and the checkout process is complete!


Will I have sales tax on my order?
Appropriate state sales tax will apply to items shipped to Massachusetts.  Please note that apparel is Massachusetts tax exempt.  Items shipped to other US states will not be charged tax.  Items shipped internationally will be subject to duties and taxes appropriate to that country.


How do I know that you've received my order?
After you have placed an order on the website, you will receive an email confirmation that outlines the order. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service at service@swervepoint.com or 978-777-9191, option 4.


When will my order ship?
We will guarantee all orders ship the same day the order is placed provided that the order is received before 2:00 p.m. U.S Eastern Time and stock is available at the time the order is received. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time will not be guaranteed for same day shipping. In the case of a rush order, contact Customer Service at service@swervepoint.com or 978-777-9191, option 4.

What if I have questions regarding the BBH branding of an item on the site or interest in seeing an additional item on the site?
If you have questions regarding the BBH branding of a specific product please have your Supply Coordinator contact the Purchasing Department.


What if I have questions regarding client gifts, gifts for specific events, or custom items?
Please have your Supply Coordinator contact the BBH Purchasing Department.


Why can't I use my BBH Corporate American Express card for orders?
BBH Corporate American Express cards should be used for Travel and Entertainment expenses only. Non-BBH Corporate American Express cards are accepted on the BBH Corporate Store .


Can I access the BBH Corporate Store from outside the BBH network?
Yes. The BBH Corporate Store is now accessible at www.bbh.com as well from the BBH Intranet.


Is international shipping available for the products seen on the site?
Yes. International shipping is available. Please contact Customer Service at service@swervepoint.com or 978-777-9191, option 4 with questions regarding shipping.


Will new BBH items become available?
Ideas for products are gathered all the time. If you don't see an item that you would like to buy, contact the BBH Purchasing department with your comments.
